Wastewater treatment rotary drum screen filter for poultry
The rotary screen filter should be installed in water channel at 35 degree angle. Wastewater enters into drum through rotary drum inlet and flows through side screen gap of rotary drum. Suspended solids in wastewater will be withheld in rotary drum. Cleaning arm with rabble blade cleans screen gap when making a circular motion, and fetches solids from the screen by rabble blade. Wastes will be clean away from rabble blade by wash water and baffle and dropped into screw press. Wastes will be dewatered by a shrinking screw pitch during transportation and extruded and dehydrated in the top compression zone. Extra water will reflow into the water channel and wastes will go to container or follow-up equipment for the next treatment.

Function
The Rotary Drum Fine Screen has four functions such as intercepting dregs, getting rid of dregs, spiral lifting and pressing dewatering. It is mounted in the channel with the angles of 35 degrees, and the wastewater flows into the drum from the port of the drum, and the grid can intercept the dregs. Then the drum rotates at a fixed speed, and the nylon brush and flush water spray nozzle above the drum can get rid of dregs and export them through spiral lifting. The dewatered and pressed dregs will be delivered to the container or the transportation equipment. The whole process is clear and no smell.
